  Carl Lutz III grew up in Scotch Plains, NJ.
  As a kid, he worked at the diner on the grill and catering.
  He went to a vo tech school for food service and then for a baking grad in 1984
  He started his first bakery in 1987, "Mountainside Pastry Shop"
  Then "Lutz's Party Shop" from 1990
  And moved on to "Lutz's Deli and Party Shop" in 1998
  Currently works "Lutz's Bakeria and Catering Service", as of 2004
